WM. JEFF SPENCER, 32, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008 in Wichita due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born on May 12, 1975 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, he was the son of William A. Spencer and Jean McKinney. He was raised and educated in Winfield graduating from Winfield High School and later from Cowley County Community College with a degree in Non-Destructive Testing.
Jeff married Brandy Riddle in December of 2000 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The couple lived in Caney, Winfield, and most recently, Wichita, Kansas. He worked in the aerospace and computer fields at Weather Data, Wescon, and Hawker-Beechcraft.
Jeff loved to cook, especially hot and spicy things and always had a soft heart for injured and abandoned animals. He enjoyed fishing, collecting knives and firearms, and he loved every aspect of computing and was a self-taught "guru". He was often giving moral lessons to his friends and was always ready to go the extra mile for his family, friends, and co-workers. He took his family to museums and on biking trips. Especially proud of his Scotch Heritage, Jeff was very sentimental and particularly treasured gifts from his family.
His family includes:
His three step-children: Taylor, Jessica and Matthew of the home;
His father and step-mother: Bill and Sandra Spencer of Bartlesville, OK;
His mother and step-father: Jean and James Mooney of Winfield;

His step-brothers and sisters: Chris Drew of Marina Del Ray, CA; Jimmy Mooney of Rose Hill; and Donna Bower of Udall, KS;
