William L. Riley, 77, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at Lakepoint Nursing Facility in Wichita.

Born February 4, 1942 in Felicity, Ohio, he was the son of Albert Steve and Frances (Schuler) Riley. He was raised and received his education in Cinncinati, Ohio. He joined the Armed Forces in Cincinnati in 1958 and received his honorable discharge at Ft. Knox, Kentucky in 1965.

He was a member of the American Legion. William loved classical music and enjoyed working with his hands.

His family includes his sister Alberta Riley of Wichita; and his daughters, Gwendolyn, Cindy, and Lorrie Riley all of Oklahoma.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara Devlin and Jean Riley.

Private family services will be held in Ohio at a later date.
