VELICIA ANNETTE (LOONEY) CAMPBELL, 24, of Dayton, Texas, passed away at her home on Monday, August 17, 2009.

Born August 2, 1985 in Winfield, Kansas, she was the daughter of Charles Looney and Jill A. (Waldschmidt) Ratzloff. She graduated high school from Ponca City High School. Velicia traveled all over and was most recently living in Dayton, Texas. She was currently attending church at the White Horse Revival in Mont Bellview.

Her sisters: Bairelle Blancas of Arkansas City; and Charnetta Dewees and husband, Triston of Andover, KS;
Her step-father: Patrick Ratzloff of Rose Hill, KS;
Her grandparents: Don and Carol Waldschmidt of Dexter, KS; Ann and Jim Looney of Winfield, KS; and Marilyn Horn of Vinita, OK;
Her great grandmother: Erma Waldschmidt of Arkansas City, KS; and
Her nieces and nephews: Dakota, Skylar, Autumn, and Devon of Arkansas City, KS; and Cody of Hutchinson, KS.

Velicia was preceded in death by her mother, Jill Ratzloff, her great grandfathers, Charles E. Looney, Max Waldschmidt and Ancil Wood, and great grandmother, Sarah Looney, and her niece, Kaibryn Looney.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Inurnment will follow at Parker Cemetery.

An education fund has been established in Velicia's name for her children. Contributions may be made through Miles Funeral Service.
