TRACY HOBART, 46, of Burden, Kansas, passed away Saturday evening, March 5, 2011 near Dexter, Kansas.
Born on May 24, 1964 in Wichita, Kansas, she was the daughter of Bill and Jane (Butz) Eberhardt. She was raised and received her education in Wichita.
She was united in marriage to Robert Hobart on February 15, 1986 in Wichita. Tracy attended Cowley County Community College Cosmetology School and later went on to operate and own Tracy's Daycare. She and Bob owned and operated Bob's Liquor Store in Dexter and she was currently working as a dietary cook at the Dexter Care Center.
Tracy was a member of the Burden United Methodist Church in Burden. She enjoyed cooking, children and raising her family.

Her brothers: Bill Eberhardt and wife Jennifer of Augusta, KS; and George Hayden and wife Karla of Wichita, KS; and
Her sister: Doris Hayden of Broken Arrow, OK.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Eberhardt; her step-father, Delbert Hayden and her father-in-law, Chet Hobart.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will follow at the Burden Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 8, 2011. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M., that evening.
A memorial has been established in Tracy's name for the Dexter Care Center. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
