Teri A. Long, 65, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Palm Sunday morning, March 29, 2015 at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.
Born October 27, 1949 in Winfield, she was the daughter of Donald Ray and Ruth Irene Long. She was raised and received her education in Winfield, graduating from Winfield High School. Teri obtained her LPN Degree and worked various places including Winfield, Wichita, and as a traveling LPN.
She enjoyed singing and dancing, playing Hearts and Dominos and especially loved cooking and barbequing.

Her sons: Tony Kargbo and wife, Tiffany of Wichita; Chad Martens and wife, Tasha of Overland Park;
Her daughter: Stacey Lada and husband, Michael of San Antonio, Texas;
Her brother: Donald Long of Reno, Nevada;
Her grandchildren: Mikaela, Jaiden, Corbin, Allana, Rowyn, Landon, and Preston;
And her significant loved ones in Wichita, Olian Alexander and his daughter, DanAsia "Squeeze" Alexander.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private memorial services have been held. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A Memorial has been established in Teri's name for the William Newton Hospital Healthcare Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
