STEVEN JAMES PLUMMER, 63, of Winfield, Kansas and formerly of Independence, Missouri, passed away July 2, 2013 at his residence.
Born on November 5, 1949 in Kansas City, Kansas, he was the son of Carl James and Betty Lou (Watts) Plummer. He was raised in Kansas City and Independence, Missouri. Steven graduated from William Chrisman High School in Independence in 1967.
He served in the United States Navy.
Steven enjoyed fishing, pheasant hunting and Nascar.
His family includes:
His daughters: Michelle Plummer of Olathe, KS; and Danielle Plummer of Belton, MO;
His brother: Timothy James Plummer and wife Connie of Olathe, KS; and
His grandchildren: Sydney, Lucas, Brionna and Sierra.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
