Steven Eugene Anstaett, 39, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday evening, September 15, 2021.

Born November 24, 1981, in Enid, Oklahoma, he was the son of Thomas E. and Paula L. (Collins) Anstaett. He was raised and received his education in Winfield, graduating from Winfield High School in 2001. During high school, Steve worked at Taco Tico. He later worked for American Waste Management, Kan-Pak, Skyline, PrayStone Co., and Pizza Hut. He was currently working at Rubbermaid in the distribution warehouse as a forklift driver.

Steve was united in marriage to Brandy Ann King on April 2, 2016, in Winfield. The couple made their home in Winfield and had four children.

Steve enjoyed all things related to electronics, video games, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, and remote-control cars. He was a Raiders football fan, as well as Nascar and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

His family includes his wife, Brandy Anstaett of Winfield; his children, Katlynn, Bridget, Bailey, and Steven Anstaett all of Winfield; his parents, Tom and Paula Anstaett of Winfield; his siblings, Danny Anstaett of Russell; Amy Sandoval and husband, Ariel of Winfield; Christopher Anstaett and wife, Kelley of Winfield; his paternal grandmother Iona Anstaett of Topeka; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Steve was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Paul and Carolyn Collins, paternal grandfather Thomas Anstaett, paternal great grandparents, Melvin and Esther Chatham, and a nephew Taylor Anstaett.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. A visitation is scheduled at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 5 to 8 P.M.

A memorial has been established in Steven's name to help defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
