Sonesiri Tony Phengsengkham, 42, of Winfield, Kansas passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023, at William Newton Hospital.

Sonesiri was born on October 26, 1980, in Vientiane, Laos, to Thila and Boualy Phensengkham.  The family moved to Amarillo, TX in 1985 when Sonesiri was a young boy.  The family later moved to Modesto, CA.

As an adult, Sonesiri moved to New Orleans where he completed an associate's degree in business.  He was passionate about reading and enjoyed taking a spontaneous trip.

His family includes his parents, Thila Phensengkham and Boualy Phengsengkham; his siblings, Vanida Phengsengkham; Tomby Phengsengkham; Linda Nguyen; and Johnathan Phengsengkham; and his daughter Stella Faye Longoria.

Sonesiri was preceded in death by a grandmother and uncle.

No services are scheduled at this time.  Arrangements are under the direction of Miles Funeral Service in Winfield.
