Seth Charles William Beckner, 28, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away, Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

Born November 19, 1993, in Wichita, Kansas, he was the son of Wendy Shaw and William Beckner. He was raised and received his education in Wichita and Winfield, attending Winfield High School.

After high school he began attending Cowley County Community College in Arkansas City. While at Cowley he met the love of his life Nichole Logan. In 2013 Seth and Nichole started their family and in 2015 moved to Wichita. While in Wichita Seth attended Butler County Community College, and in 2017 moved back to Winfield with his family to welcome their second child. Seth worked several jobs in his life; however, his passion was being a dad.  He loved time spent with his family and friends.

He enjoyed video games, listening to music, fishing, and grilling. He also loved making people laugh and was always the life of the party.

His family includes his wife Nichole Logan of Winfield; children Kinzley Beckner and Aiden Gray both of Winfield; his mother Wendy Shaw and husband, Stuart Delay of Winfield; his father William Beckner and Stephanie Marnell of Wichita; his sisters, Jessica Shaw and Dakota Cox of Winfield; Leandra Sipult and Daniel Robinson of Coffeyville; Alysia Beckner of Winfield; his brother Tucker Delay of Wichita; his maternal grandparents George and Sally Shaw of Leon; and his numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Seth was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Sharon Marvin and Keith Beckner, and a brother Tyler Delay.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery.  A visitation is scheduled on Friday evening from 4 to 8 at the funeral home.  The family will greet visitors at that time.

A memorial has been established in Seth's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
