Sebastian Edward Ray Williams, 17, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away April 7, 2024, at his home.

Born March 3, 2007, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, he was the son of Cherry K Gookin.  While Sebastian was young, in addition to Fort Bragg, his family lived in Fort Benning, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama.  He was raised and received his education in Arkansas City, Kansas, until moving with his family to Winfield in 2021.  Sebastian was currently a Junior at Winfield High School, where he sang in the choir.  He enjoyed playing video games and tinkering with electronics.

His family includes his mother Cherry K Gookin of Winfield; his sister Brea-Anna Williams of Winfield; his brother Alexander Davis of Arkansas City; his paternal grandparents, Pam and Charles Williams of Hooper, CO; and his maternal grandparents, Dianna and Byron Gookin of Springfield, MO.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M., on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Mt. Zion Community Church in Arkansas City under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.
