On the 3rd of October, 2013, God called Mrs. Sandy Thongsavanh to be with Him in his heavenly home of eternal bliss.

Mrs. Sandy Thongsavanh was born on August 3, 1960, in Bahn Siphoum, Meuang Sanakham, Province Vientaine, Laos. She is the daughter of Mr. Khamfia and Mrs. Kome Souriyavong.
She is survived by 2 brothers, Dr. Gniem Souriyavong in Laos, Mr. Gnouane Souriyavong in Laos; and a sister, Mrs. Christie Homechan in Texas.

Mrs. Sandy was married to Mr. Sengphet Thongsavanh in 1979. They had 2 children, Emily Thongsavanh and John Thongsavanh.

She came to the United States in 1988. After her husbands death, she married Mr. Sounanh Khounthavong.
Mrs. Sandy was a good wife, Mother, grandmother and example to her husband, children and grandchildren as well as relatives and friends.

Mrs. Sandy accepted Jesus to be her savior and was Baptized on August 18, 2013, and a member of Lao Baptist Mission Church. Rev. Sisouk Phothisane's her Pastor.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the Central Baptist Church in Winfield. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery.
