It is with both sadness and faith that we announce the passing of Ronald (Ronnie) Roy Nowell on May 26, 2026, at the age of 71. Ronnie was a loving and gentle Christian man, who lived a life rooted in faith, and compassion.

Ronnie was known for his warm smile, his quick wit, and his genuine kindness. He was a faithful member TRUTH Talk, and was loved by all who knew him. He was blessed to be the recipient of the loving and skilled care of the staff of Twin Rivers.

Though he is gone from this world, we take comfort in knowing he is now in the presence of the Jesus Christ, His Lord and Savior, where his faith, love, and laughter will be celebrated forever.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Jolena Nowell.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Twin Rivers Developmental Support, or TRUTH Talk through Redeemer Lutheran Church, 320 West Central Avenue, Arkansas City, KS in memory of Ronnie.
