Robin D. Neubecker, 51, of Winfield, Kansas passed away, Sunday afternoon, December 15, 2013 at his home.
Born October 1, 1962 in Wichita, Kansas, he was the son of Eddie F. and Karon Laverne (Peninger) Neubecker. He was raised and received his education in Winfield, Burden, Arkansas City and Dexter, Kansas, graduating from Dexter High School in 1980.
After school he moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and began working as an electrician. There he met and married Stella Grose. The couple later divorced. He then met and married Anita Laney in Arkansas City, Kansas. The couple moved to Fort Bragg, North Carolina and lived while Robin served in the United States Army. They returned to Oklahoma upon his honorable discharge from the service. To this union two children were born. The couple later divorced.
He later moved to Florida and continued working as an electrician. While in Florida he met Misty Bray and the two of them returned to Kansas. They were married in 1996 at Island Park in Winfield. The couple traveled a lot, living in Oklahoma, Kansas, Tennessee, California, and Florida. To this union two children were born. The couple later divorced. In 2003 Robin returned to Winfield where he worked at Rubbermaid, Wal-Mart, and Creekstone.
He was baptized in the Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching TV and spending time with his grandchildren.

His brothers: David A Neubecker of Winfield; Rick L. Neubecker of California; Jimi Young of Wichita; John Young of Andover
His grandchildren: Gennese, Haylee and Mason Williams all of Idaho; Harlee Neubecker of Winfield; Tattan Beckwith; and
Many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Robin was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis E. Neubecker.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 19, 2013 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Military committal honors will follow at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery in Winfield.
A memorial has been established in Robin's name for his children's education fund.
