ROBERT H. HUGGINS, 75, of Wellington, Kansas, passed away Thursday morning, September 17, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Wellington.
Born on January 1, 1940 in Kansas City, Kansas, he was the son of Paul and Chris (King) Huggins. He attended Buckeye Grade School in Kanopolis and Kanopolis High School. Thomas entered the United States Navy his senior year and was honorably discharged on January 29, 1959.
He was involved in construction work and drove trucks for Halliburton.

His sisters: Alice Bravenac and husband Bill of Blue Springs, MO; Edith Sprowl of Denver, CO; Diane McCoy and husband Don of Overbrook, KS; Clara Clark of Wichita, KS; and Betty Lemons and husband Tom of Lindsborg, KS;
His 2 granddaughters and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Sprowl; and his sister, Violet Sprowl.
Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 21, 2015 at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery in Winfield.
A memorial has been established in Mr. Huggin's name for the American Parkinson's Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
