She had joined her housemates in volunteer projects consisting of collecting aluminum cans and donating them to the Boy Scouts; and collecting needed items and delivering them to the Humane Society. Rhonda had recently attended the annual Equine Fest in Wichita. Her ultimate enjoyment was the freedom to roll around the house and being ornery, causing commotion so she could see the reaction of the housemates.
Her family includes:
Her stepmother: Shirley Shebanek; Mrylene, a special housemate she had developed a friendship with; and her caregivers.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Brian.
