RANDY R. WEAVER, 53, of Valley Center, Kansas, passed away early Friday morning, August 28, 2009 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita.

Born May 11, 1956 in Wichita, Kansas, he was the son of Curtis D. and Glenda L. (Chase) Weaver. He was raised and educated in Wichita. Randy then attended Vocational Technical School.

He was united in marriage to Kimberly Wright in Wichita, in November of 1988. The couple made their home in the Wichita area.

Randy worked for Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita in the Building Services Department for several years. He enjoyed motorcycles and camping and putting around outside. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson, Zackery, who was the light of his life.

His son: Joshua T. Weaver of Newton, KS;
His sister: Kathy S. Riedel and husband, Joe of Garden Plain, KS; and
His grandson: Zackery T. Weaver of Derby, KS.

Randy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Glen and LaVerne Chase and Bill and Abigail Weaver.

Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield, Kansas. Inurnment services will follow at Prairie Ridge Cemetery west of Dexter.

A memorial has been established in Randy's name for Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice. Contributions may be made through Miles Funeral Service.
