Randall "Randy" Dean Miller, 65, of Winfield, Kansas, died Tuesday evening, June 22, 2021 at his home.

Randy was born in Topeka, Kansas on May 13, 1956, the son of Marion L. and Norma Jane Miller. He was raised and educated in Winfield at Whittier and Winfield High School and lived there except for several years when he lived in South Carolina before returning to take care of his ill mother. He was a member of Cub and Boy Scouts in Winfield, the High School Drama Club, and Cowley County Fair Auxiliary Board. In addition, with his mother, he helped start the Winfield Community Theater with Bruce and Veta Rogers. He participated in theater for several years.

His hobbies included acting, interior decorating, and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved pet, Baby.

Survivors include his loving partner Terry Fetzer; friend Brandon Sultz; and beloved pet Gertie.

Graveside memorial services will be held at Highland Cemetery at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, June 28, 2021 under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made through Miles Funeral Service to help defray funeral expenses.
