RANDALL D. "RANDY" CAIN, 63, of Arkansas City, died November 15, 2013 at South Central Kansas Regional Medical Center.

Randy was born October 5, 1950 in Wichita, Kansas to Orville Raymond Cain and Sylvia Idessa (Hammon) Stalnaker. He was a resident of Winfield State Hospital from 1953 until 1997. Since then, he had been part of the Creative Community Living family.

He really enjoyed music. Before his health failed, Randy especially liked mashed potatoes, pop and chocolate.

Randy is survived by other residents and current and past care providers at CCL, and Brenda Robinson, the CCL nurse who provided much of his medical support for many years.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday evening from 4 to 7 P.M.

A Memorial has been established in Randy's name for Creative Community Living. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
