Phimphone "Phim" Syvongsay, 45, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away August 7, 2017 at her home.
Born February 10, 1972 in Phonhxay, Laos, she was the daughter of Bounma and Ieng Syvongsay. Her family moved to the United States in 1983. Phim grew up in Minnesota and in 1990, moved to Winfield, Kansas. She worked at Winfield Consumer Products. She enjoyed shopping and loved traveling. She especially loved going home to Minnesota to see her family.

Her sons: Jonathan and Calvin Phouthavong of Winfield;
Her brothers and sisters: Chanhpheng Syvongsay of Winfield; Pete Sivone of Winfield; Phoumy Syvongsay of Winfield; Bouakham Bounleutay of Rockford, IL; Nalee Vongvanith of Shakopee, MN; Al Syvongsay of Lawrence; and
Her boyfriend: Serm Phanvongkham of Winfield.
Phim was preceded in death by her brother, Thongkham Sivongsay.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Cremation will follow. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 4 to 8 P.M.
