Patricia Anne Lowe, 85, of Winfield, Kansas, was welcomed into Heaven on July 18, 2016 at Cumbernauld Village in Winfield.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Carney) Dawson. She was raised and received her education in Brooklyn.
Pat was united in marriage to George Lowe, Sr. in 1950 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Brooklyn, NY. The couple raised their family in Patchogue, NY, where Pat worked as an operator for New York Telephone Company for over 30 years. Upon retirement, Pat and George moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida. Mr. Lowe preceded her in death on July 18, 1996. In August 2014, Pat moved to Winfield to be close to family.
She was a member of St. Francis Parish. Pat enjoyed going to the beach and taking her children to Coney Island. She was an avid New York Mets fan.

Her brothers: Jerry Dawson and Bill Dawson
Her sisters: Doris Dawson and Sheila Nemia
Her grandchildren: Scott Lowe, Jeff Lowe, Patti Marichal, Susan Stauffer, Jennifer Stauffer, Margaret Hayes, Kevin Lowe, Jolene Lowe, Isabella Lowe, Chase Lowe, Christopher Garcia and Sara Perry.
In addition to her parents and husband, Pat was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Lowe, a daughter, Susan Stauffer, brothers John Dawson and Peter Dawson, and an infant sibling.
A Kansas memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Winfield on Monday, July 25 at 11 a.m. New York mass and memorial service will be held at St. Francis de Sales in Patchogue on Monday, August 1 at 10 a.m. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Pat's name for Cumbernauld Village Employee's Fund. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
