Patricia Ann "Patty" Lock, 60, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away early Sunday morning, January 12, 2020 at Wesley Medical Center.

Born February 18, 1959 in Junction City, Kansas, she was the daughter of Ralph E. and Kleora M. (Lyne) Dunlap. She was raised and received her education in Wakefield and Norton, Kansas before moving to Winfield in 1971 and attending Winfield High School.

Patty obtained her CNA and CMA certificates and worked at various nursing homes throughout Winfield and Dexter. She had a special place in her heart for the Kansas Veterans Home where she had worked for nearly 20 years.

Patty recently took interest in jewelry making and crocheting. Anyone she met, instantly became a friend. Patty especially loved her boys and grandchildren.

Her family includes her sons, Ralph E. Dunlap II and companion, Gail Richards of Winfield; and Curtis D. Mcbroom of Winfield; her sisters, Betty A. Dunlap of Beloit; and Deborah A. Neal of Winfield; and her grandchildren, Brendun L. Dunlap, Colton M. Dunlap, Dakota L. Mcbroom.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A visitation is scheduled at Miles Funeral Service on Monday, January 20, 2020 from 3 to 7 P.M. Private family services will take place at a later date.

A memorial has been established in Patty's name for the Kansas Veterans Home. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
