Nicolas R. Morris, 27, of Arkansas City, Kansas, passed away Sunday morning, February 19, 2023, at William Newton Hospital in Winfield.

Born November 29, 1995, in Wellington, Kansas, he was the son of Ronnie Dale Morris and Sherry Louise Stastny. He was raised and received his education in Wellington and moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 2014. He returned to Kansas in 2017. Nick enjoyed doing construction work. He loved all things music, going on car rides, going to the racetracks, gambling, and buying lottery tickets. He loved nature and looking at waterfalls. He had a huge heart, was a giver, and was often checking on family and friends to be sure they were okay.

His family includes his mother Sherry Morris of Omaha, NE; his father Ronnie Morris of Derby; his sister Brittany Morris of Holton; his girlfriend Autumn Williams of Arkansas City; his grandmother Janet Morris of Caldwell; his children, Layton, Laylah, Kenzli, and Zayden; his niece Dèreona Morris; his nephew Daquan Brown; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial services will be held under the direction of Miles Funeral Service and will be announced at a later date.
