NICHOLE SUZANNE MYERS, 40, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015 at her home.
Born on March 26, 1975 in Wichita, Kansas, she was the daughter of Gaylen R. and Diana K. (Wooderson) Myers. She attended Lowell Elementary in Winfield and later Arkansas City Middle School. Nichole graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1993.
Nichole returned to Wichita for a short time and was involved with the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation. Nichole moved back to Arkansas City and then to Winfield where she has resided since 2003. She worked at Mosaic where she was an office assistant. Nichole was involved with several activities at Mosaic including the Special Olympics, attending Camp Horizon, and making Jumping Monkey coffees. Nichole's love for people was evident and she was always wanting to help anyone in anyway she could. She especially loved talking on the phone.
She attended the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Arkansas City where she was involved in their weekly Bible study and enjoyed many religious activities.

Her brothers: Jeff Myers and wife Tricia of Arkansas City, KS; and Nick Myers and companion Tracy Cravens of Dexter, KS;
Her half sisters: Collina Myers of Arkansas City, KS; and Donna Walton of Mulvane, KS;
Her nephews and nieces: Garrett, Lucas, Daulton, and Hannah;
Her grandmother: Margery Wooderson of Arkansas City, KS; and
And several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gaylen Myers, her step father, John Blatchford, her maternal grandfather, Cecil Wooderson, and her paternal grandparents, Richard & Dorothy Myers.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Friday, May 8, 2015 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established in Nichole's name for Mosaic's Camp Horizon Fund, Redeemer Lutheran Bible Study/Thursday School, or funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
