Nenh Phetsomphone, 74, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday evening, July 24, 2019 at his home.

Born March 12, 1945 in Vientiane, Laos, he was the son of Pheng and Cholanhla Phetsomphone. He was raised and received his education in Laos. Nenh was a member of the Laotian military. He moved to the United States and worked at Rubbermaid on the assembly line.

His family includes his wife Phaung Ounnarath of Winfield; two daughters and one son; six step-sons and five step-daughters; his oldest sister and youngest brother; and numerous grandchildren.

Nenh was preceded in death by his parents, a son, and five siblings.

Buddhist funeral ceremonies will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service. A visitation is scheduled for Friday evening, August 2, 2019 from 5 to 8 P.M.
