Nedra Roll, 77, passed away July 3, 2021, at her home in Winfield, Kansas.

Nedra was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, the third daughter of Charles and Mae (Eaton) Welch.  She attended East and North High Schools.  She was a student at Wichita State University off and on throughout her life as her curiosity led her to continue learning about art, literature, cultures, and people.

Nedra held positions at Cowtown, Isely Elementary School, Boeing, Good Earth Landscaping, and Wichita State University's campus clinic.  She also ran her own business, a janitorial and housekeeping service with frequent side projects in grounds maintenance and pet sitting.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Charlene Higgins; and nephew, Glenn Fisher.

Nedra is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Anne and Mark Elsworth of Haysville; Beth and Steve McCann of Winfield; her grandchildren, Nic and Tiffany McCammon of Haysville; Sophie McCann of Winfield; Liam McCann of Winfield; her siblings, Yandell Gardner of Oklahoma City, OK; Rosie and Gary Fisher of Newton; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Nedra's family would like to extend a special thanks to Rachel Tapia, Teresa Davis of Wichita Attendant Care Services, and Good Shepherd Hospice.

Memorials may be made in Nedra's name to the Cowley County Humane Society or the Winfield Public Library.  Contributions may be made through the funeral home.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.  Nedra's family will hold a celebration of her life on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Warren Riverview Park, 321 W. Market St., Derby, Kansas 67037.
