Michael John McNally, 42, of Arkansas City, Kansas, passed away Tuesday evening, November 22, 2022, at South Central Kansas Medical Center.

Born October 14, 1980, in Lincoln, Nebraska, he was the son of Marc R. McNally and Deanne (Kurtzer) Lacy. He was raised and received his education in Nebraska and Winfield, graduating from Winfield High School in 1999. Following high school, Mike moved back to Nebraska and attended Southeast Community College, receiving an Associate degree. He returned to Winfield in 2011. Mike worked as an auto mechanic. He was an insurance agent for McNally Insurance Agency.

Mike enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and boating. He also enjoyed gardening. He especially loved spending time with his children.

His family includes his children, Austin, Alex, Isaiah, and Emmah McNally; his mother Deanne Lacy of Greenwood, NE; his sister Molly McNally of Lincoln, NE; his brother, Kyle McNally of Blackwell, OK; his nieces and nephew, Shelby, Sydney, Aiden, and Sophia; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Mike was preceded in death by his father Marc R. McNally, all four grandparents, his maternal uncle, and two siblings, Marc Donald and Tiffany Jane McNally.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

A memorial has been established to help defray expenses. Contributions may be made through Miles Funeral Service.
