Michael LeRoy "Mike" Hull, 76, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022, at William Newton Hospital.

Born December 12, 1945, in Grenola, he was the son of Roy E. and Lucille P. (Cook) Hull. He was raised and received his education in Grenola, graduating from Grenola High School in 1963. He joined the United States Army and proudly served his country, receiving an honorable discharge.

Mike was united in marriage to Linda F. Yates on January 5, 1965, in Wauneta, Kansas. The couple lived in Grove, Oklahoma for a number of years before moving to Winfield. Mike was a farmer all his life. Linda preceded him in death on May 9, 2004. Mike enjoyed fishing, playing computer games, playing Solitaire, and riding horses.

His family includes his children, Karen Mooningham and husband, Donnie of Woodlawn, TN; Russell Hull and wife, Deedra of Winfield; Darren Hull and wife, Cara of Grove, OK; his daughter-in-law Heather Hull of Grove, OK; his sister Barbara Simpson and husband, Max of Wichita; his 11 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, Mike was preceded in death by a son Michael Hull, his brothers, Robert "Bob" and William "Bill" Hull and an infant sister Rita Faye Hull.

Memorial services and military committal honors will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Private family burial will follow at Round Mound Cemetery.

A memorial has been established in Mike's name to help defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
