MICHAEL WAYNE HARVEY, 49, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Monday, September 24, 2012 at William Newton Hospital.
Born November 6, 1962 in Great Bend, Kansas, he was the son of Grover Joe and Daisy Mae (Rowe) Harvey. He had two older siblings.
Michael was admitted to the Winfield State Hospital and Training Center on August 3, 1964. He went to live at Southwind ResCare on March 3, 1997.
His friends and the staff at Southwind ResCare loved him and will miss him.
Inurnment will be held on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Highland Cemetery. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
