MAY ANNA YONALLY, 87, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2009 at her Mosaic home in Winfield.
Born on December 27, 1921 in Leslie, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Frederick and Elba (Harlow) Yonally.
May moved from the Winfield State Hospital and Training Center to Mosaic in July of 1997. She attended the Spiritual Enhancement Circle at the Redeamer Lutheran Church in Arkansas City and loved it. She also enjoyed wandering around in her wheelchair, spending time with her housemates, taking rides in the van, watching television, listening to music and being read to.

Her nieces: Karen Coddington of Dayton, OH; Opal Wortman of Lakeview, CO; and Judy Holland of Arkansas City, KS; and
Her nephew: Merlin Gooch of Belle Plaine, KS.
In addition to her parents, May was preceded in death by her sisters Pearl, Faye, Lucille and Belle.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday morning, December 31, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at the Old Mission Wichita Park Cemetery in Wichita. A memorial service will be held at Miles Funeral Service at 2:00 that afternoon. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 4 to 7.
A memorial has been established in May's name with Mosaic to help other persons with needs.
