MARY K. BOGNER, 83, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Saturday morning, August 28, 2010 at Good Samaritan Village in Winfield.
Born on June 1, 1927 in Tisdale, Kansas, she was the daughter of Cleveland and Maude (Shellman) Bryant. She received her education in Winfield.
Mary was united in marriage on November 26, 1958 to William H. Bogner, Jr., in Newkirk, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in Winfield. She cleaned houses and enjoyed babysitting. She was also employed at St. Mary's Hospital where she worked in the kitchen. Mr. Bogner preceded her in death on December 20, 1984.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Winfield. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, yard sales, flowers and gardening.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Calvin Wiseard, C.H, Bryant, Paul Bryant and John Conway; and her sister, Nadine Fisher.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Thursday, September 2, 2010 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will follow at Rose Valley Cemetery, southeast of Winfield. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 2, 2010. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M., that evening.
Memorials have been established in Mary's name for the Good Samaritan Village Activities Fund and Hospice Care of Kansas. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
