Marjorie Jean Rausch, 82, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Saturday morning, June 17, 2017 at the Joy Home in Oxford.
Born October 1, 1934 in Chanute, Kansas, she was the daughter of Henry and Marjorie (Addison) Hopkins. She was raised and received her education in Winfield, graduating Winfield High School in 1952. She was united in marriage to Ron Dubberstein in 1952. To this union, three children were born. The couple later divorced. She married Donald Rausch, and the couple later divorced.
Marjorie worked as a telephone operator, in the business office and later as a wiring geek for Southwestern Bell for many years. She loved to fish and was very artistic. She enjoyed painting, making stained glass and weaving looms.

Her sons: Kim Dubberstein and wife, Bobbie Sue of Hutchinson; Kirk Dubberstein of Wichita; and
Her 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her brothers, Dale and Shuff, her sister, Betty and her son-in-law, David Andreae.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in Marjorie's name for The Joy Home in Oxford. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
