Marcia Ann Wynn, 68, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away from lung cancer on April 19, 2021 at Presbyterian Manor in Arkansas City.

Born November 22, 1952 in Plainview, Nebraska, she was the daughter of Ira and Marcella (Prochaska) Haynes. She began working at General Electric in 1980 until retiring in 2013. She loved gardening and had a green thumb. She also had a love of cooking and family. She had a generous heart and kept an open door for anyone who needed it. In past times, she would always find solace when hunting for morel mushrooms.

She is survived by her son Marc Wynn (Wendy) of Oxford; her daughter CleAnn Perkins (John) of Raleigh, NC; her sisters, Iryle Jean Eastman (Steve) of Phoenix, AZ; Cathy Kirsch (Tom) of Elgin, SC; Janette Arends (Scott) Dakota, NE; her grandchildren, Braylee Wynn (RiAnne) of Winfield; Kenzie Rabun (Christian) of Appling, GA; Dallas Wynn of Arkansas City; Katelyn Kelley of LeRoy; Clark Wynn of Sedan; Hannah Wynn of Geuda Springs; and great grandchildren, Damien and Skylar.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Marcella Haynes-Domsch.

Private family memorial services will take place at a later date under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.

She was an inspiration and always kept a strong will to fight any battle. She fought to the end as she was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2019. A memorial has been established in Marcia's name for Relay for Life of Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
