Lindsay Beth Green, 38, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away, Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at her home.

Born June 24, 1978 in Winfield, Kansas, she was the daughter of Dale Allen and Brenda Sue (Chattam) Blankenship. She was raised and received her education in Winfield graduating from Winfield High School in 1996. She later attended Friends University in Wichita.

Lindsay married Danny Green on July 4, 2000. To this couple two children were born. The couple later divorced. Lindsay worked as an Office Manager and Human Resource Consultant for several businesses in the area, including, Viola Industries, The Arnold Group, and TPI. She enjoyed anything outdoors, camping and spending time with family and friends. Lindsay was an avid Oklahoma State fan.

Her grandmothers: Lois Collier of Winfield; Jean Luffman of Pratt; and
Her beloved dog: Josie.

Lindsay was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Blankenship, her maternal grandfather, Raymond Chattam, and an infant granddaughter, Brylee.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 27, 2017 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will follow at Wilmot Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5. The family will greet visitors during this time.

A memorial has been established in Lindsay's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
