Leroy Donald Keith's Obituary
Leroy "Donald" Keith, 69, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday evening, March 7, 2018 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Born August 16, 1948 in Kansas City, Kansas, he was the son of Leo and Charlotte (Kierstead) Keith. From an early age Donald was a resident of the Winfield State Hospital and Training Center. After the hospital's closing in 1997 he went to live at Mosaic in Winfield. He enjoyed attending local sporting events as well as watching sporting events on Television.
His family includes:
His guardian: Kathy Nelson of Olathe; and
His numerous caregivers and support staff at Mosaic.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M., Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. Interment will follow at Dexter Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in Donald's name for Mosaic in Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
