Lawrence Dean Nuckols, Jr., 57, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 at his home.

Born April 22, 1960 in Clinton, Oklahoma, he was the son of Lawrence and Odessa (Odum) Nuckols. He graduated from Anadarko High School in 1978. He later graduated from Cowley County Community College with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. He returned to Blanchard, Oklahoma and worked there several years before moving to Derby, Kansas. Lawrence had worked at Calmar in Winfield for over 10 years.  He loved to fish and being on the farm. He married Rosa Guffey, she preceded him in death.  He later married Tammy Winchester, they divorced. He married Susan Evans, they later divorced.

Lawrence is survived by:

His father, Lawrence D, Nuckols, Sr. of Anadarko, OK;

His sister, LaTasha Stevenson of Anadarko, OK;

His brother, Davin Nuckols (Christie White) of Anadarko, OK;

His nieces and nephews; MaKaivynn Stevenson, Saviyan Stevenson, Kiera McNamar Stevenson, Brauheim Stevenson, Sincere Whitefox and Davin Nuckols II.

And numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to his wife Rosa, he was also preceded in death by his mother, Odessa.

Cremation has been effected.  The family will hold private services at a later date.
