LaShawn Ronice Muldrow, 52, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Saturday evening, July 30, 2022, at her home.

Born March 18, 1970, in Wichita, Kansas, she was the daughter of Mary Louise Bell. She was raised at the Winfield State Hospital and Training Center until moving to Martin Luther Homes, and finally in 1997, moved to Mosaic.

LaShawn was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church Spiritual Enhancement Circle. She loved music, playing with her shakers, going to the park, relaxing in her recliner, and any activities with music.

Her family includes her brothers, Donnell Bell, Odell Bell, and Kevin Johnston; her sisters, Tiamesha Bell-Parker and Pearlie A. Bell; and her roommates and caretakers at Mosaic.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Burial will take place at Memorial Lawn Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials have been established in LaShawn's name for the ASPCA and for the Salvation Army. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
