KIMBERLY ANN RAFTOPOULOS, 30, of Winfield, passed away Monday, November 5, 2007 at William Newton Memorial Hospital.

Born June 25,1977 in Winfield, Kansas, she was the daughter of Varvarigos (Roulie) and Linda (Bair) Raftopoulos. She lived with her parents in Wichita, Kansas where she attended Rainbows United until the age of 5. She then moved to the Winfield State Hospital where Ethel Gates was her nurse and has been these 25 years. In 1996 Kimberly moved to Creative Community Living, along with her care givers Ethel Gates and Jonathan Miller. Both have remained with Kim and continued to care for her since the move from the state hospital.

Roulie and Linda would like to thank the many wonderful people who have loved and cared for Kimberly these 30 years. They have each helped make Kimberly's difficult walk through this life a little easier.

Kimberly loved music, watching people in action, taking trips, and watching action movies. She was known for her smile and her giggle.

Her sisters: Michelle A Mallow and husband Dustin of Fort Walton Beach, FL; and Tiffany M Raftopoulos of Wichita, KS;
Her grandmother: Eleanor Bair of Burden, KS;
Her Godparents: Panayoti and Eftalia Perdaris of Parker, CO;
and a number of uncles, aunts, cousins, and
All her care givers and friends at Creative Community Living.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Anna Mochinaki, her paternal grandfather Demetios Raftopoulos, and her maternal grandfather Orville Bair.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 9, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Interment will follow. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Thursday, November 8 from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. Online condolences may be made at www.milesfuneralservice.com.
