Kimberly Ann Parker, 58, of Arkansas City, Kansas, passed away Thursday morning, January 18, 2023.

Born December 23, 1964, in Apple Valley, California, she was the daughter of Gary and Lori (Green) Parker. She was raised in the Mojave Desert and northern Kansas, graduating high school in Jewell, Kansas. She attended college at Cerrocosa in Ridgecrest, California.

Kimberly was united in marriage to Jose Valencia in 2005 in Atlanta, Kansas. Kimberly worked in childcare when she was younger and transitioned to working with adults with disabilities. She was employed by CCL in Winfield.

Her family includes her husband Jose Valencia of Arkansas City; her children, Rio Trevino and husband, Jeremy of Arkansas City; Sebastian Garcia of Winfield; Challin Valencia of Arkansas City; Dante Valencia of Phoenix, AZ; her siblings, Rand Parker of Wichita; Kelly Parker of California; Kay Parker of Randall; her grandchildren, Riordan, Zaidan, Killian, Willow; and numerous other grandchildren, adopted grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Kimberly was preceded in death by two brothers, Ted and Mark.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the directions of Miles Funeral Service.
