Kevin Kham Thivongsa, 59, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Friday evening, January 26, 2018 at William Newton Hospital.
Born September 10, 1958 in Laos, he was the son of Guht and Moun Thivongsa. He married Synoune Phanthavong in 1992 in Wichita, Kansas. Kevin worked at Rubbermaid for several years and was the owner of Kevin's Oriental Market.
His family includes:
His wife: Synoune Phanthavong of Winfield;
His children: Susan Khamphouphet, Sara Khaphouphet and Linda Khaphouphet all of California; Jenny Thivongsa of Winfield; Jimmy Thivongsa of Hillsboro, OR; Johnson Phanthavong of Winfield; and
His step-son: Phouva Phanthavong of Winfield.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Cremation will follow. A visitation will be held on Friday evening from 4 to 8 P.M.
