Kelly Gene Hand, 56, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Friday afternoon, April 12, 2024, at his home.

Born September 6, 1967, in Enid, Oklahoma, he was the son of Charley F. Sr., and Jane (Rice) Hand. Kelly worked numerous jobs throughout his life, and enjoyed playing the guitar, listening to heavy metal music, especially KISS, and shopping at Wal-Mart.

His family includes his mother Jane McCormick of Arkansas City; his brothers, Darrell Hand of Ponca City, OK; Randy Hand of Edmond, OK; Charley Hand Jr., of Missouri; his sister Cindy Nichols of Arkansas City; and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Kelly was preceded in death by a sister Connie Hand, a brother Jerry Hand, and a niece Amy Lawler.

A private family service will be held at a later date under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.
