Obituary

Katherine D. Hull, 70, of Cambridge, Kansas, passed away early Saturday morning, April 23, 2016 at Presbyterian Manor in Arkansas City.

Born April 4, 1946 in Wichita, Kansas, she was the daughter of Gerald E. and Phronsie R. (Hale) Kloster. She was raised and received her education in Wichita, graduating from East High in 1964. Kathy worked as an administrative assistant for Simplex. This is where she met John Hull. She and John were united in marriage on December 18, 1998 in Toronto, Kansas. Kathy later went to work as a secretary to the plant manager at Hawker Beechcraft.

Katherine was a member of the Cambridge Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, fishing with John, playing cards and needlepoint and embroidery.

Her brother: Edwin E. Kloster and wife, Kim of Wichita, KS;
Her sisters: Sheryl A. Sheils and husband, Jim of SC; Michelle B. Lee and husband, Michael of Poetry, TX; Marilyn L. Rudrow and husband, Richard of Wichita, KS:
Her grandchildren: Kayla Davison, Thomas Lowe, Tyler Lowe, Timothy Sokerka, Madison Graves, Emily Graves, Brittany Ferguson, Amanda Felt, Ashley McKay; and
Her great grandchildren: Rhett and Gable Davison and Brookelynn, Makaelynn, Orren, and Marlee Ferguson.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Thee Chapel, just east of Cambridge. Private burial will take place at a later time. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial has been established in Katherine's name for the Dementia Society of America. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
