Jeremy Mario Trevino, 36, of Arkansas City, Kansas, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024, at the Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Born June 24, 1987, in Wichita, Kansas, he was the son of Vincente and Lynn (Gentry) Trevino.  He was raised and received his education in Arkansas City, graduating from Ark City High School in 2005.  Following high school, Jeremy attended Cowley County Community College for a short time.  He was united in marriage to Rio Parker-Garcia on November 5, 2022 in Ark City where the couple made their home.

Jeremy enjoyed playing golf and video games, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.  He especially loved spending time with his sons.

His family includes his wife Rio Trevino of Arkansas City; his mother Lynn Trevino of Arkansas City; his children, Riordan, Zaidan, and Killian; his grandparents, Bill and Carolyn Gentry of Arkansas City; Francisca Hernandez-Gonzalez of Winfield; his siblings, Jeana Juarez and husband, Alex of Ponca City, OK; Adrianna Trevino; and Vincente Trevino; his nephews, Gabriel and Giovanni; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family members.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his father and his paternal grandfather.

The family will hold memorial services on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 3:30 P.M. at Calvary Chapel in Arkansas City.
