Jennifer KayAn Phillips, 46,
of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Sunday evening, October 15, 2017 at William Newton Hospital.
Born January 5, 1971 in St. Francis, Kansas, she was the daughter of James Kimmel Phillips, II and Judy K. (Jones) Phillips. She was admitted to Southwind ResCare in June 2000. Jennifer enjoyed doing arts and crafts and one on one attention. Her legacy will continue through organ donation.
Surviving Jennifer are:
Her guardian: Gayle Walker of Winfield; and
Her Southwind ResCare caretakers.
Private services are being held at Southwind ResCare. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Jennifer's name to defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
