Helen E. Brazle, 95, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Monday morning, March 07, 2011 at Cumbernauld Village in Winfield.
Born September 02, 1915 in Dexter, Kansas, she was the daughter of William M. and Anna Grace (Cochran) Radcliff. She was raised and received her education in Dexter graduating from Dexter High School.
Helen was united in marriage to Clarence T. Brazle on July 27, 1935 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in rural Dexter where they farmed and ranched.
She attended the First Christian Church and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Victory chapter. She held many positions including Worthy Matron of the Dexter Chapter.

Her sons: John Brazle of Winfield; Gary Brazle of Ravenna, NE; Frank Brazle of Chanute;
Her daughters: Mildred Snyder of Winfield; Reba White of Hoxie;
Her 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren, and
A host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by her son Elbert W. Brazle; her grandsons, Brian White, and Jeff Brazle; and her sister, Lucile Guthrie.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service, in Winfield. Interment will follow at Dexter Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, March 10, 2011. The family will greet visitors from 4:00 to 6:00 that evening.
Memorials have been established in Mrs. Brazle's name for the First Christian Church in Winfield and for Hospice Care of Kansas. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
