Gary A. Darr, 69, of Arkansas City, passed away September 11, 2018 in Wichita.
Gary was born June 30, 1949 in Tulla, Utah and was raised in Arkansas City. After school he worked as a truck driver before becoming a care giver for a friend in Arkansas City. He loved animals and enjoyed spending time with his puppy "little bit."
Survivors include a daughter Tammy Renae Marler, and siblings, Mary Johnson, Shirley Rutledge, Connie Ocobock and Roger Darr.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Richard Crain.
Gary was proud to be an organ donor giving of himself for others. Private services will be held at a later date. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
