Franklin Delbert Fox, 93, of Cambridge, Kansas, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023, at Winfield Rest Haven.

Born September 26, 1929, in Manhattan, Kansas, he was the son of Franklin Henry and Valesta Mae (Conley) Fox.  Frank married Alice Louise Gill in 1955.  To this union, six children were born and the couple later divorced.  He was later united in marriage to Letha Ellen (Ransbottom) Fouch on May 10, 1991 in Winfield.  The couple made their home in Cambridge, Kansas.

Frank worked various jobs, including maintenance as well as janitor for Palms Inn in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  He was Head Cook for StayCrisp Potato Chip Factory.  Letha preceded him in death on April 14 of this year.

Frank enjoyed working with his hands.  He liked fishing, woodworking, making rugs, and working in the yard.  He especially enjoyed eating fresh peaches off the tree in his yard.

His family includes his children, Dena and Bob Wendell of Holts Summit, MO; Terri and Robert Logan of Wichita; Corky and Darcy Fox of Wichita; Donnie Fox of Wichita; Robert Fox of Wichita; Debbie Hamilton of Norwich; his extended family, Edward Fouch of Cambridge; Carl Fouch of Winfield; Caretha Fouch of Winfield; Terry Fouch of Cambridge; Katherine and Eric Laverty of Nebraska; and his 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, Frank was preceded in death by three brothers, John, James, and Grant.

Private services will be held at a later date under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.  Burial will take place in Cambridge Cemetery.

A memorial has been established in Frank's name for the Wounded Warriors to help with suicide prevention.  Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
