Frances Geneva Gondoly, 81, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at her home.

Born September 19, 1939 in Wichita, Kansas, she was the daughter of William John and Aurelia Margaret (Mainz) Seiwert. She was raised in Colwich, Kansas and graduated from Andale High School in 1957.

Frances spent most of her life in Colwich and worked as a warehouse supervisor for Casco until retiring in 2010. After retirement, she moved to Winfield. She was a very positive person who never had anything negative to say. She enjoyed sewing, listening to Willie Nelson music, and sitting on her porch watching birds. Frances was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Her family includes her children, Mary Murphy and husband, Richard of Winfield; Andrea Wharton and husband, Chris of Wichita; A.J. Gondoly of Wichita; William Gondoly and wife, Shelia of Colwich; Eric Gondoly and wife, Shannon of Mt. Hope; her sisters, Donna Martin of Bently; Rose Sutton of Mt. Hope; her brothers, Nick Seiwert of Colwich; Paul Seiwert of Colwich; and her 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by two brothers, Daniel and Dennis Seiwert, and a sister Doris Ann Martin.

Private family graveside services will be held at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Miles Funeral Service.
