Evelyn Hall's Obituary
EVELYN HALL, 82, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Wednesday morning, August 15, 2012 at William Newton Hospital in Winfield.
Born on December 23, 1929 in Okemah, Oklahoma she was the daughter of Chris and Daisy Olsen.
She was united in marriage on March 17, 1951 to Charles Hall in Winfield. The couple later divorced. Evelyn was employed at Anthonys and Montgomary Ward. She retired as a teller from the State Bank. Following her retirment, she began working at the Winfield State Hospital where she was a switchboard operator.
Evelyn enjoyed traveling to Branson, Missouri and sewing.
Her family includes:
Her twin children: Curtis "Moe" Hall and Debbie Hedges both of Winfield, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Charles Olsen; her sister, Norma Haney and her grandson, Jason Pierce.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at Highland Cemetery.
Contributions in Evelyn's name may be made to Miles Funeral Service to help defray funeral expenses.
