ERIN LEE HASS, 29, of Wichita, Kansas and formerly of Winfield passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at his home.

Born on December 25, 1978 in Winfield, Kansas, he was the son of Donald T. Way and Carol D. Hass. He was raised and received his education in Winfield. He had been employed at Grief Brothers and Sooner Directional. Erin currently was employed at Two Brothers Barbeque in Wichita.

Erin enjoyed spending time with his friends, playing pool, music and had an active interest in Indian Heritage activities.

His family includes:
His mother: Carol of Ft. Collins, CO;
His grandfather: Oscar Hass of Wellington, KS;
His aunt: Clarissa Munday of Winfield; and
A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Donald Way and his grandmother, Virginia Dickson.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at Miles Funeral Service. Erin is going home with his mom. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 19, 2008. The family will greet friends during that time.

A fund has been set up in Erin's name to help the family with funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
