Dustin Todd Baldwin, 29, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at his home.

Born February 14, 1990, he was the son of Michael and Theresa Baldwin. At a young age, Dustin went to live with his foster mother, Elizabeth Newkirk in Emporia. He came to the Capper Foundation in Winfield on February 28, 2011. Dustin enjoyed balloons and hugs. He loved his stuffed animals, especially his Tigger and Winnie the Pooh. When he was younger, he enjoyed playing with his cat and riding on his dog's back.

His family includes his parents, Michael and Theresa Baldwin; brothers, Alex and Shane; sister Kristin; guardian Christina Martin; and caregivers and roommates at the Capper Foundation.

Dustin was preceded in death by his foster mother Elizabeth.

Private services will be held.
